Hi, my name is Anita. I am a personal trainer with many years of experience. Since childhood, sports have been an important part of my life. As a little girl, I trained in acrobatics, learning self-discipline to achieve set goals. For the past 11 years, I’ve developed a strong bond with the gym—it’s my second home, a place where I disconnect from the worries of daily life, giving myself a sense of freedom and fulfillment through the release of endorphins, and sometimes even unloading bad emotions. When I first started at the gym, I realized that I wanted to become a personal trainer. Another dream was to participate in bodybuilding competitions—those events broke through my shyness and gave me the courage to continue growing. Training daily, I know this is my passion, and the knowledge I share with my clients I do so with love and full commitment. I’m a mother of three, and I know how hard it is to find time for yourself, but I also know the many benefits of regular exercise. My work gives me a sense of fulfillment, and seeing the joy in the people I work with reassures me that they feel healthier and better. I am an advocate for healthy eating because I believe what you eat reflects how you feel daily—though I do allow myself some flexibility because I’m only human. In conclusion, I would like to add that my work isn’t about looking perfect or living by statistics, but about feeling good and healthy in your own body, because as the saying goes, “A healthy body, a healthy mind!”
